It's just after 6:30 PM (or, in Zambia time, 18:00), and we are all safely settled into Pioneer Camp outside Lusaka. We are thoroughly jet-lagged, but we managed a mega-grocery shop (15 people!), we sorted our donations (mostly as a way to keep ourselves awake), and eaten our first dinner in Zambia. It got dark 15 minutes ago, which is just fine with everyone, because there's universal longing to go to bed, what with 9 hour time-zone shift, and the wonders of trying to sleep in an airplane seat.
Tomorrow we head into town to visit our schools. More later!
